Well for one thing I'm getting lots of work as a face painter now, even without promotional stuff yet. I've also done 'body art' at a 21st and the likes (for some reason adults think 'face painting' is for kids and that I'm going to smear yellow on their face and bribe them with candy to think it's a lion - oddly enough i had a line going after I conned ONE person into starting it - I really expected more resistance - and I ended up doing everything from detailed angel wings, to fake tattoos (well - it'll be a real one soon, but he wanted to see what it'd look like) to masks of spiderwebs and butterfly wings.
I really like painting adults - they apreciate the detail more...but there's something special about kids, I really love doing the charity work - kids really should be happy.
On the other side of the chocolate box I'm making more gadgets. "What's that?" you say - YES! I have been prompted once more from her repeated watching of 'The Storyteller' (all who love Jim Henson say 'hurrah') to get off her lazy arse and work on an actual project rather than just gutting and making random items.
And this time it's even more up her alley than Dorian Grey was - it's Monsters my dears! Tools for observing and capturing monsters - all in a victorian-ish era...My brain still fizzles in delight at the idea.

thank you very much for the devwatch!
